Olio Spanò is a cold-pressed organic extra virgin olive oil obtained from olives harvested at the right degree of ripeness from cultivars indigenous to the Umbrian territory.
A versatile and balanced oil that does not cover up flavors but rather enhances the taste. The perfect base for dishes in our Mediterranean cuisine, ideal for salads, soups, grilled meats and fish.
Certified Organic by the inspection body Rina Agrifood. Certified cold extracted according to current regulations. All of the above certifications, are listed in the individual package.

COLLECTION: by the month of October.
COLD EXTRACTION: Same-day olive pressing. Defoliation and thorough washing of the olives.. High-speed crushing to ensure maximum expression of the fruit in a short time. Hermetically protected gramation with temperature never exceeding 27°C.
FILTRATION: The oil is immediately filtered after separation to ensure sellife and keep the antioxidant and organoleptic properties intact in the longer time.
COLOR: green with golden yellow highlights.
STORAGE: Stored in airtight stainless steel tanks, away from light and heat sources at a constant temperature of about 15° C., packed only when ordered.
